Qwilr Overview

Linking Salesforce to Qwilr

To use Salesforce & Qwilr you'll need to have an account on both platforms. Your Salesforce admin will be able to set this up for you.

Your Salesforce admin will also have decided where Qwilr will live. Qwilr can be turned on for any / all of: Leads, Opportunities, Contacts & Accounts.

In Lightning you will need to head to the Details tab of the relevant Lead / Opportunity / Account / Contact section.

In Classic it will be on the main page of the section.

When you find the Qwilr Section will see the Connect Now button. Click it - and we will match your Salesforce email ID with your Qwilr email ID and enable your account.

Creating your first Qwilr

Once in the details tab and go to the Qwilr section & click Create New.

Select the template that you want (your account admin should have already set up the relevant templates for each Salesforce object). Click Use Template.

Success! You've created a Qwilr Page.

From here you can see if it is live, the view count, the Edit Button (Pencil), the View Button (Eye) and the Share Link Button (Link).

You can also access the Analytics, Download a PDF version and Delete the document here.
